I pescatori, che si sono rivelati interessati all\u2019argomento, hanno affermato che alcune specie dell\u2019elenco sono oggetto di cattura da parte della piccola pesca lampedusana.\u00a0<\/p><p>Tra queste, la pi\u00f9 comune \u00e8 risultata essere il pesce coniglio (<em>Siganus luridus<\/em>).\u00a0<\/p><p>Una seconda parte dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 \u00e8 stata destinata alla presentazione delle specie marine vulnerabili e alle interazioni tra esse, gli attrezzi da pesca (by-catch) e i rifiuti marini.\u00a0<\/p><p>I pescatori segnalano, successivamente, vari avvistamenti di specie marine vulnerabili durante le battute di pesca, soprattutto di esemplari di mammiferi marini, quali <em>Stenella coeruleoalba, Delphinus delphis e Tursiops truncatus<\/em> e di tartarughe marine della specie <em>Caretta caretta<\/em>, nonch\u00e9 di numerosi rifiuti galleggianti.<\/p><p>Durante il workshop \u00e8 stato sottolineato l&#8217;importante ruolo dei pescatori nella salvaguardia dell&#8217;ambiente marino e delle specie che lo abitano.\u00a0<\/p><p>Sono risultati informati sulle normative vigenti per la pesca sostenibile e responsabile all\u2019interno dell\u2019Area Marina Protetta, e sono stati invitati a collaborare con l\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Catania per segnalare ulteriori avvistamenti.<\/p><p>L&#8217;incontro si \u00e8 concluso con un momento di confronto tra i partecipanti, che hanno infine espresso la loro disponibilit\u00e0 a contribuire attivamente all\u2019interno del progetto SEA MARVEL.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
