Vera Foti

Vera Teresa Foti is associate professor in SSD AGR01 at Di3A of the University of Catania. She carries out her scientific research activities, while also participating in national and international projects, on issues concerning Agricultural Economics and Policy. She is the author of numerous publications in national and international journals.

Vera Teresa Foti is an associate professor in SSD AGR01 (Rural Economics and Estimation) at the School of Agriculture, Food and Environment, of the University of Catania. She teaches “Economics of Quality Products”, in the Degree Course in Food Science and Technology “Oeno-marketing and Communication”, in the “Master in Viticulture, Oenology and Oeno-marketing”. She carries out her scientific research activities, also participating in national and international projects, on topics related to the scientific disciplinary field to which she belongs. Her research focuses mainly on the economics of quality products and food consumption, sustainability and social agriculture.
She is the author of numerous publications including articles in national and international journals, chapters in books, books and conference papers.
